Blastr reports that Scarlett Johansson has been offered the role of Motoko Kusanagi (the Major) in DreamWorks live action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell. Not a bad choice, but not the best either. I have the feeling that she’s been chosen because she’s the “hot” actress in Hollywood right now, and for her bust.
